Always bear in mind that your own resolution to success is more important than any other one thing," counseled Abraham Lincoln.
This resolution is made up of three essential features. Success happens when you follow a simple three-step formula.
1. success happens when you have a clear idea of where you want to go.
2. success happens when you have a strong feeling about the value of what you are doing.
3.success happens when you are able to do the physical work necessary to rearrange the world to meet with your vision.
Miss any of these three steps and you get what most people get: a life of mediocrity and failure. Pursue these three steps and you get what most people long for: a life of success, where all needs are effortlessly met.
Thus, success consists of three essential parts: thinking, feeling, and acting. The thinking stage is making discoveries, creating choices, fashioning goals, and outlining commitments.
This conceptual stage is then followed by an emotional stage. The emotion is the fuel that fires up the ideas. This emotional energy is enthusiasm, or en theos which means to be filled with divine energy.
Once we have recognized our goals, we have to feel them. This feeling stage is what brings the ideas to life. Once these feelings build up, they form passion. When you are passionate about something, then you are highly motivated and are ready to act.
Rev sam Adeyemi explains the value of feeling your way to success: "You can have anything you want if you want it desperately enough. You must want it with an inner exuberance that erupts through the skin and joins the energy that created the world." Without strong feelings about your goals, they will be squelched by your own inner comfort zone and your own limiting beliefs. Furthermore, a single word of criticism from someone or a single obstacle along the way is enough to stop you completely.
Thus, your enthusiasm, your passion, your burning desire is the fuel that converts ideas into actions, and these actions, in turn, will change the shape of your world. The final stage, then, is action. When you move toward your aspirations, things start to shift and change both within you and around you. Like a blacksmith, you have to hammer the shape of your ideas on the anvil of action. Yet premature action is foolish.
Action that is tempered with a clear ideas and galvanized with passion is action that will get you where you want to go. The inclination to just act alone is not helpful. Heading in the wrong direction is not of much benefit to you.
And acting without burning desire is action that will soon collapse into inertia again. As you pursue these three essential steps to success, you will create excellence. And you will also find that there is little competition on the road to excellence.
YOU WILL SUCCESSED

IF YOU NEED EASY SUCCESS,BE HAPPY
Happiness is something many of us strive for.
Why is it so hard to achieve, especially at times when you need it the most? How do we change a gloomy mood into a lighter or happier one?.
There are some things within our power that will help us accomplish these goals. What are some benefits of happiness that could encourage you to work towards it even more?
• Health
• Self Confidence
• A sense of Purpose
• More Productivity
• Achieve Your Goals
• Weight Loss
Funny thing is that the above list also works in reverse. If you are healthy, self confident and all the rest listed, than you will most likely be happier.
Sometimes happiness is staring us right in the face. Here are some ways that you can create happiness in your life.
1. Exercise: It appears that exercising comes up a lot when we are speaking about improving various things in our lives. It has been shown to improve mood by making us healthier and increasing endorphins.
2. Foods & Diet: Eating chocolate is probably more of a pleasure than sustained happiness, even though it can provide us with a short-lived boost. A healthy diet though is vital for our health and happiness. Too much sugar and junk foods are provisional emotional boosters. In the long run these problem foods will degrade us physically as well as emotionally. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, including raw veggies. Cut back on unhealthy foods and don't "Super Size" it. Supplements: If you are not receiving all of your nutrients in your diet then you may want to supplement by taking vitamins. There are some specific supplements that target your mood. You could discuss these with your health practitioner.
3.Music: Music can bring miracles to your mood. Go ahead and listen to something upbeat and happy.
4. Rewards: Happiness comes from rewards as well. They can be simple things. You find a great bargain on something you been wanting. Maybe someone offers you a simple item of interest. You do a task and are complimented on it by someone else or yourself. Even finding a coin on the sidewalk can give you a "Reward" feeling that can bring happiness to you. The greatest reward can come from giving a compliment to someone or saying a kind word.
5. Gratitude: Be grateful for what you have. This simple statement can make a giant difference in your life! Everyday think of everything you have. The enormous things, and the little things. Are you living in a cardboard box? No. Then be very grateful. Yes? Be grateful for the cardboard box. Have gratitude for friends and family, the home you live in, the food you eat. Isn't it great having air to breath, freedom to go where you want. Don't take these for granted but have gratitude and give thanks.
6. Love: Well Love can clearly bring happiness. Love for your spouse, friends, neighbors and strangers. Give Love and you will receive Love. Learn to Love Yourself. Let's all remember that when we interact with others.
7.Enjoyment: Do what you enjoy. This could be a hobby or going for a walk in the park. If you do things that you like it's bound to bring happiness.
8.Forgiveness: Try a bit harder to say kind words to others. Place yourself in the other's person place for a moment. Sure there are some people that act so mean and hateful. Remember you only hurt yourself when you return meanness or hold resentment and anger inside.
9. Help Others: Find ways to make others happy. You may be surprised that by willingly helping others to find joy can have a positive impact on you as well. Help others to find meaning in life. Keep them company.
10.Build Self Confidence: Do your work the best you can. Learn new skills. Find meaning in your career and life. Enjoy a new hobby or game. You can boost your self-confidence by learning new and enjoyable things. Raise your self-confidence and you raise your happiness. Happiness can make you smarter! Is it really surprising that positive attracts positive? If you do these things you will increase your happiness. What is the most important thing to you? Is it money, a fancy car or a mansion, maybe your health? What about happiness? Well let's think a moment…. If you have happiness, all the happiness you want or need, would that be the most important thing to you? What good is money or the rest without happiness? If you are truly happy you won't need to worry about the rest. If you require money to be happy then you will have it. Maybe the saying, "Money Can't Buy Happiness", should be "Happiness Can Produce Money". Try to release all anger and negative emotions. You can accomplish this easier once you realize you are only hurting yourself and other loved ones around you. Sure it will take regular practice. You may struggle with this, but it can become second nature after awhile. It's up to you. Do you want to be negative and unhappy or positive and learn to be happier? You can start now by adding positive attributes to your life. Be good, smile and put on a happy face!Thank you

GET MOTIVATED,HERE IS 5 SURE WAY TO ACHIEVE MORE SUCCESS.
Let me ask you this question,Have you ever dream to be successfull.if you are, keep it up,you are on the line.if you have not pls start today,Dreaming is free.
Now The following are Five action steps you can apply today to achieve more success in your life:
1. Positive Affirmations
Our subconscious mind is a wonderful tool for success or failure. It will do what we tell it to do. It all depends on what thoughts we feed it. So why not feed your inner mind with only positive thoughts. The following are some examples of positive affirmations you can feed your inner mind for success:
* “Today, I will win because I have faith, courage and enthusiasm.
”* “I see failure only as a signpost on my road to success.
”* “When I feel stress, I will relax and release my stress before I take on my next task.
”* “I always write down my priorities, thinking of my responsibilities. I may not get everything done, but I will do the most productive thing possible at every given moment.
”* “I am a winner, I work for a winning organization, and because of my contribution and cooperation we will keep on winning.
”* “Today, I will see opportunity in every challenge offered to me.
2. Positive Language
Recent research has come out that 75% of daily conversation is negative. Whether it is the words we use or the body language, we need to communicate in a positive manner all the time. The following are some examples of how you can turn negative words into positive communication:
* Instead of saying “problem,” call it “opportunity.
”* Instead of an action being a “failure,” describe it as a “learning experience.”
* Instead of “I have to,” say “I choose to.” This gives control for your actions back to you.
* Instead of saying, “There’s nothing I can do,” say, “Let’s look at our alternatives.”
* Instead of saying, “That’s just the way I am,” say, “I choose a different approach.”
* Instead of saying, “He makes me so mad,” say, “I control my own feelings.”
If you notice, by using the positive response, you have control over your actions and life.
3. Exercise
A Gallup survey found the following among men and women who have taken up exercise recently:
* 66 percent report a more relaxed life
* 62 percent a new surge of energy
* 55 percent less stress
* 51 percent better looks
* 46 percent more confidence
* 45 percent better love life
* 44 percent greater job satisfaction
* 37 percent more creative on their jobsThese are great motivators to exercise! Next time you feel demotivated, give your body a workout.
Recent research reports that as little as fifteen minutes three times a week has profound effects. Get moving. Get motivated.
4. Take Risks
We all live our lives in comforts zones, avoiding risky situations, avoiding the potential to fail. It’s real safe for us.
But in order to get ahead of your competition and master the ongoing change in your life, you must go out of your comfort zone. Start one step at a time. Try that little new thing, that different approach. It could be as simple as taking different routes to and from work.
Once in a while I like to “take the road less traveled” to stir up my creative juices.
Then, keep stepping out of your zone. It may seem uncomfortable at first. But the more you do it, the more it will seem natural and you will see an increase in your creative juices and opportunities you never thought about before.
5. Positive Reading
Read about the lives of successful people. Make sure you read only those people that embrace the timeless values that make them truly successful through the ages.
Not the “success today, scandal tomorrow” success stories that we are experiencing today. People like Benjamin Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. papa Bishop oyedepo, Rev sam Adeyemi ,Pastor mathew Ashimolowo.pastor chris oyakilome,Dr sunny obaz ojagbese are good examples. These are people who overcame enormous challenges, created real value for others, or changed other people’s lives for the better.
So for you to achieve more success, just apply this simple step and I bet you will be glad you did
untill I see you again, live a successfull life

BUILD YOUR SELF ESTEEM,LOVE YOURSELF
One of the most powerful lessons in my life was the awareness that loving myself is very key to my happiness and emotional well-being.
It is a fact that many people are not even aware that loving ourselves is a powerful force in our lives and can be used to remedy many heartaches and pain. It gives us clarity of mind and motivation to be a better person and achieve greater things for ourselves, our mind, and our body.
Before now I used to complain about so many thing about myself,Untill I realise that I had no
choice but to take myself the Way I found it,be happy about who I am,tell myself that I am the best person ever created, love myself and then find new way to improve myself.
Loving yourself is not to be confused with being self-centered or narcissistic which basically means being engrossed with oneself and one's own affairs. It is not about being egoistical and conceited. There is a huge difference between these two.
You need to know that when you love yourself you will feel connected with the inner beautiful person that you are inside. We are all a being of light but that light will not be bright if you fail to spark it and give it life. To give it life is to give it love and when love flows within you, you will begin the process of loving yourself.
Understand this, when you do not love yourself enough or love yourself first, you give permission for negative or unhappy things to happen to you.
Several symptoms to look out for when you need to love yourself more:
:: When you stay in an abusive relationship and continue to accept abuse and hostility. You mistake this to be heroic act to safeguard the family unit, when in reality you are just being insecured. Because you don't love yourself enough you disallow yourself to see things for what When you solve your problems by taking drugs, or getting yourself drunk.
::When you do not love yourself enough, you allow for these self-abuses for they are nothing more than just that. Be aware that your lack of self-love leads you to self-destruction.
:: When you get to be fat and ugly and you don't like how you feel about it. If you love yourself well enough, your appearance and health will be important to you. When you begin to love yourself you will begin to respect your body and your health.
Understand this, your soul is sacred, honour it. Once you know how to love yourself and love yourself first, you will be guided to make the right decisions, take responsibility for your life, achieve clarity of mind and peace of heart.
"You can explore the universe looking for somebody who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and you will not find that person anywhere.” - Anonymous quote.
It has nothing to do with not loving other people or not taking responsibility or making sacrifices for others. Your responsibilities towards other do not change. What needs to change is your attitude and responsibily to yourself - if you love yourself only then you will truly learn how to love other people. what you truly breed, you will beget the benefits of that love. Make daily affirmation that you love yourself.
So I encourage you to love yourself starting from today,No matter wherever you may be.who ever you are, your career, your background does not count here.It all depend on you.Don't say nobody love you,LOVE yourself first and people will love.Give yourself some love today.
Remember" self help is the best help"

How to set up a Goal
HOW TO SET UP A GOAL
Here is what micheal Russell say about goal setting
Many people struggle with setting goals either because they do not know what to choose for the goal, or they are not sure of the process to accomplish this activity. Let's look at some of the well-known factors used for goal setting and then refine it to a laser focus so that you can accomplish your goals.
Be their personal or business, the common knowledge is this: the goal must be 1. Specific,
1.Specific
2.Measurable,
3. Attainable,
4.Result oriented
5. Time defined.
SMART is the acronym. Let's pick a common enough goal for many folks at the start of a new year: to lose weight. Now let's apply our techniques to this goal and see what we come up with. To be specific means that there is a clear outcome and a defined reason for doing this. For our example, you might say,
"I will lose 40 pounds this year. I want to do this because I will feel better, look better and live longer". We are going into this in more detail in a minute, but for now understand that we must get to the details of the reason for the goal and also clearly detail out what needs to be done to accomplish it.
To be measurable means simply that there must be some way to know that we have hit our target and some milestones along the way to keep us on track to it. "My target weight loss is 4 pounds per month, which is one pound per week". Easily tracked with our scale, this let's us know if we need to work harder or change our approach to accomplish the goal. Attainable should be obvious - to say, "I am going to lose forty pounds this week". is clearly folly and could possibly kill you if you tried! Forty pounds a year is easily attainable, especially because we have broken it into milestones by month and week
. We have made our goal results oriented with our 'why' statement following the goal statement. "I want to do this because I will feel better, look better and live longer". (Again, this is a short example. When you do this, absolutely heap on the benefits! That's what keeps you going.) Losing forty pounds sounds rather boring and painful; feeling better and living longer are the kind of exciting ideas that can keep you motivated.
The time constraint is important because without it there is really no way to measure our progress and it becomes very easy to forget the whole thing and start drifting again. Because the time factor helps to create a little urgency, it will keep us on track. We have, with our example, got weekly, monthly and yearly measurements to track. The description above is mirrored in nearly every goal setting book and session. It's good advice, but misses a key element." Action"!
All the goal setting in the world means nothing until there is some action towards its accomplishment and that's where this whole thing often collapses. Now we need to take the goal, and break it down into specific, single actions to take.
One helpful method is called 'backward planning', which just means that you see the end result clearly and then define the step that occurred just before that. With a question like "In order for that to happen, what needs to happen first?" you can go backward in time from the result desired to precisely where you sit today. You have just built a map of all the little detailed actions required to accomplish your goal.
For losing weight some, (and I emphasis 'some' because this is a short article), of the steps would be
:: Stop eating fatty junk food. (This is a goal in itself and should be detailed out also:
:: Throw my candy bars away on a certain date.
:: Stock the pantry with healthy snacks that I enjoy by a certain date.)
::Drink 4 liters of water each day.
(How are you to physically do that? Do you need to carry water with you all the time? yes
::Exercise each day. (What forms of exercise? Starting at what level? What increase each week?) Continue on this way, peeling out the details of each activity, until you can think of no more.
You now have a clearly defined set of actions to take at specific times to accomplish your goal. Remember that it's your goal and can be adjusted to conditions if need be. Meaning that the only way to start is to start, knowing that you may not have all the steps and answers right now and that changes can be incorporated into the plan. Changes will certainly occur, but you have a plan that features the only things you truly control - your actions.
Dear friend you can see that this write up by micheal Russell is a good start,so the remaining depend on you.TAKE ACTION TODAY. Get started Now
Best luck

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
Talent will not;
Nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not;
Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education will not;
The world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
The slogan "Press On" has solved, and always will solve, the problems of the human race.
Calvin Coolidge.
